These terms are a practical draft for the current MVP and are not legal advice.
Use of the tool
You may use this tool for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not use it to abuse, disrupt, or overload the service.
Free and paid access
The free version may show page ads and may limit CSV export and saved box preset features. When payment is connected, one-time, monthly, and annual paid access can remove page ads and unlock CSV export plus saved box presets while the access state is valid. Monthly and annual access may also unlock batch SKU comparison.
One-time access
A one-time pack is intended as a permanent light-tool unlock for ad-free pages, CSV export, and local saved presets, unless the payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, marked inactive, reversed, expired, or otherwise invalidated by the payment provider.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual access depends on an active payment or subscription status. If a payment provider reports a refund, dispute, chargeback, inactive status, cancellation, expiration, or failed payment, paid access may end immediately and the page may return to free access with ads.
Refunds and payment disputes
The current MVP does not proactively promise refunds. If PayPal or another payment provider processes a refund, dispute, chargeback, reversal, inactive status, expired payment, or failed payment, the related paid access can be removed immediately.
No warranty
Shipping estimates, dimensional weight calculations, and margin outputs are informational. Verify final rates, carrier rules, surcharges, and service limits before buying labels or setting product prices.
Payment provider
The current static MVP does not process card or bank details. If paid access is connected, payment information should be handled by the payment provider, such as PayPal, under that provider's own terms and policies.
Access links
A first-version access link may activate paid access only in the current browser. If browser storage is cleared or a different device is used, access may need to be activated again. Later versions may use server-side entitlement checks.
